Sabaha Pasha

Instructional Designer

Sabaha Pasha grew up in several different places but has always considered New York her home. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, where she also interned in the Biophysics Department, performing research that further sparked her interest in science and education. During her time at Kent State, Sabaha worked as an Assistant Designer with the university’s Instructional Design team, where she discovered her passion for helping instructors create engaging and effective courses. This experience allowed her to blend her academic background in physics with her love for education, and it ultimately led her to pursue a career in instructional design.

Sabaha has always been drawn to both physics and education. Although she loved studying physics, her true passion lies in education and creating learning experiences that really resonate with people. She enjoys collaborating with instructors to make their courses more interactive and meaningful for students. Outside of work, Sabaha enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, cat, and family, as well as watching movies.

“I’ve always believed that learning should be fun and accessible, no matter how complex the topic. Becoming an instructional designer has allowed me to blend my love for education with my desire to make learning engaging and meaningful. At Magellan, I get to work alongside amazing instructors to create courses that inspire students to learn and succeed. For me, it’s all about making sure students feel supported and excited to dive into new concepts, and that’s what drives me every day.”
