Myranda first discovered her love for people while working for the Walt Disney Company in 2020. Interacting with people from all over the world allowed her to find a passion for hearing their stories and creating an experience that will allow them to achieve their dreams. In the academic field, this passion created a love for admissions and enrollment. Hearing students’ stories and helping them achieve their goals is what brings Myranda joy in her career in admissions.

Myranda has admissions experience in several areas including high school, college, and adult-learning. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College and her Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from Regent University. These programs of study allowed her to gain a well-rounded knowledge of the business world and effective ways to communicate with people.

In her free time, Myranda enjoys activities including spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs, reading with her cat curled beside her, and, of course, taking trips to Disney whenever possible.

The opportunity to play a role in guiding and preparing students to be successful in their academic and future endeavors is something that I do not take on lightly. I am here to set them up for every possible success as they embark on this new journey in their lives.”
