Anthony serves as the Director of Contact Center Operations & Client Success, where he focuses on improving operational performance and ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and stakeholders. Prior to transitioning into this role, he spent nearly six years as a Business Analyst with Inservice America, where he was responsible for assessing organizational needs and developing solutions to operational challenges. His work included analyzing financial reports, reviewing operating procedures, conducting market research, and collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to recommend strategies that improved efficiency and business outcomes.

Anthony holds an Associate’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, providing him with a strong technical and operational foundation combined with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and client-centered services.

Anthony is deeply passionate about helping people, with a special heart for individuals with intellectual disabilities. He is driven by a desire to create systems and environments that empower others to succeed and live with dignity. Known for his problem-solving mindset and collaborative leadership style, Anthony is motivated by work that creates meaningful, lasting impact, both operationally and personally.
