16: Time Off and Paid Holidays

Paid Time Off

You will begin to accrue PTO under the Full-Time PTO Policy on your first day. All time off must be requested through Bamboo, our HR Portal.

The ranges below reflect the hours per month of PTO earned based on the number of completed years of employment.

After 6 months of employment, Regular Part-Time employees will earn 1.25 hours, twice a month, or 30 hours annually.

6.67 hours per month, on the 1st of each month, for a total of 80 hours (10 days) annually

10 hours per month, on the 1st of each month, for a total of 120 hours (15 days) annually.

13.34 hours per month, on the 1st of each month, for a total of 160 hours (20 days) annually.

16.67 hours per month, on the 1st of each month, for a total of 200 hours (25 days) annually.

20 hours per month, on the 1st of each month, for a total of 240 hours (30 days) annually.

Up to 100% of the employee’s annual allocation can be rolled over into the following calendar year.
The carryover date is January 1.
The maximum allowable number of hours accrued is equal to 1.5x the employee’s annual max accrual.
