Her team engages prospective students at each stage, from lead follow-up to admissions and enrollment support, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. By leveraging Magellan’s contact center expertise and data, they help institutions increase enrollment and position themselves for success in today’s competitive online education market.
Early in her career, Lysa honed her skills in team leadership, client services, and business analysis, building a strong foundation for her commitment to achieving client goals. She has held several leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Operations at Sway Communications, where she oversaw client relations, training, and daily operations. Her team focused on streamlining workflows and developing advanced customer service tools that enhanced both team performance and client satisfaction.
Lysa lives in Virginia with her two sons, daughter, and niece. She enjoys watching her children play sports, coastal vacations, fishing, and gardening.
